Crouched down to see if the dog would dare to come up to me & say hello...but these stray dogs don´t stay alive by not beeing careful & suspicious....
Well, anyway...i walked over to a streetvendor & bought a hamburger (just the meat itself), walked back & put it on the ground & backed up so the dog would feel safe.
Of course, this gesture will make no difference in the life of this dog but at least he got a free meal that day.
Stray dogs in the Phils live a tough life.... ticks, fleas & what not don´t make it any easier for them.
Oh yeah, funny thing.... after the dog finished his treat he walked up to the blue car u see in the pic & took a piss! 
" Grrr, this car owner never gave me a free hamburger...."
