Most westerners that buy/build a House in the Philippines are married to Filipinas. Now, since u as a foreigner can´t buy/own a house & lot yourself it´s usually the Filipina wife that´s the owner.
The reason i asked member "Sullo" to post info on offshore companies
is that i felt that it would be beneficial to all THEPHILS members especially those westerners who are single & those western couples that want to buy for example a Condo or a House & lot. It will give u an idea of what options/possibilities you might have & also open a few more "doors".
