Hello,
I have a lot for sale.
It's in GABI, CORDOVA, CEBU (on MACATAN)
The lot has been cleared. The drinking well has been cleaned out. Fill has been laid down.
It's 511 SQM.

Hi Paul,
I got the link to Don's Forum on your Forum. It was in the GOOGLE SPOT. U know, the Google ad is always the 2nd post in any topic. I've never met Don. I happen to be at Ratsky's one Sunday Afternoon. I was just meeting a friend there and I wasn't really apart of his group. Anyways...
I'd like to get 4,000p/sqm. You know the area, right? I was going to build there, but things have changed.

If you happen to find it, please let me know where it was. I have been unable to locate it on the LinC Forums.
As far as the other post goes, no worries dude, believe me. It is too easy to misunderstand things in type, as we can't express emotionas as we can in person. Besides, I take very little personal on Forums. If I did, I would be a nervous wreck, especially with the enemies I have online.  All I do is say, "Screw 'em."

I've raised the price of the lot from 3,900/sqm to 4,000/sqm. Weaker USD..
