After reading the Chocolate Rice Soup thread, I began thinking of an enjoyable Filipino dish I love to eat on a rainy day, Lugaw.
I don't know the ingredients, but I certainly love eating it on rainy days, because the tremperature can cool down quite a bit here, once it rains for a while.
If anyone knows the recipe for Lugaw, similar to what is served at Hoy! Lugaw in Dumaguete, please let me know. I presently only get to eat it while visiting there, as I haven't found anywhere that sells it in Cebu.
