May-2007 we went to Bohol, while there we stayed at The MetroCentre Hotel.

We found this to be a very nice place, clean and the staff was very professional. We have no complaints with the hotel, which is a great thing after 2 LONG delays with Cebu Ferries, we were VERY wore out and tired. They even have a nice gym on the top floor. The decor throughout the hotel is very nice, not cheap & cheezy.

An 8-storey Standard Hotel, located in Tagbilaran City's financial and commercial district.

Each guest room is equipped with individually remote controlled air-conditioning, remote controlled TV,IDD/NDD telephone facility, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot and clod shower, 220 volt electrical points, key-card security lock system, smoke and heat detectors, sprinkler system. Most rooms have two single beds (39x78 inches), some with double bed (54x80 inches), table and chairs.

Health club features exercise facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage treatments.

24-hour service at The Lounge with Filipino and Continental cuisine.  18-hour service at Asiatika serves Asian fusion cuisine.

Disco every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Ballroom Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at The Atmosphere.

Wi-Fi Internet Available

The hotel is nicely located in town (not on the beach...so if you're looking to stay on the beach, sorry, this is not the place). It has a 24 hour store next to it. The store has about what ever you need, food, drinks, and such... and a good gift shop section.

It is an easy walk to places to eat, banks within a block and a mall (which came in handy once) about 3 blocks away.

We booked our stay through asiatravel.com:
