Uva is a Progressive Filipino Restaurant in Greenbelt 2. 

The term progressive is used because the chef, Fernando Aracama, being one of the Philippines' celebrity chefs has added modern culinary twists to favorite filipino dishes such as Bacolod's Chicken Inasal, Ilocos' Bagnet, the favorite Bistek Tagalog.

Other items on the menu:

GRILLED MISO SEA BASS - with pickled green mango & soba salad
LEMONGRASS CRUSTED LAPU-LAPU on calamansi beurre blanc & candied tomatoes
PAN SEARED PARROT FISH on olive oil spaghettini, clam broth, tomatoes & capers

On your next visit to Manila, thrash that tradition French fine dining experience.  Opt for Uva instead. ;)
